(Sharecast News) - Amcomri Group announced the completed acquisition of Randor Technologies, trading as Electronix Services, on Friday, marking its first deal in Ireland and further strengthening its embedded engineering division.

Amcomri flags full-year revenue, EBITDA growth

(Sharecast News) - Amcomri Group said in an update on Tuesday that it expects to report a 24% rise in revenue to £58.1m, and a 33% increase in adjusted EBITDA to about £7.7m, for the year ended 31 December, driven by strong organic growth and the successful execution of its acquisition strategy.

Amcomri acquires engineering services firm EMC

(Sharecast News) - Amcomri Group announced on Tuesday that it has acquired EMC Elite Engineering Services, a specialist provider of mechanical and electrical engineering services to the power generation, process and aggregate industries, in a deal aligned with its strategy of expanding its industrial engineering platform.
