LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Engineering materials group Versarien revealed on Friday that chief executive officer Neill Ricketts had resigned from the group.
Versarien stated the board was now considering the "appropriate longer term management structure" of the group and said its executive directors will continue to manage the company, supported by its non-executive directors.
The AIM-listed firm added that further announcements will be made in due course.
As of 0920 GMT, Versarien shares had tumbled 33.66% to 3.35p.
