View on Past Performance

The Fund underperformed the sector median during October.Global equity markets delivered mixed returns in sterling terms over the month as a continued high oil price caused investor nervousness regarding the potential impact on economic growth. Pacific markets were the best performers, whilst dollar weakness led to the sharpest fall coming from the US.

Future Expectations

Recent results, particularly from our investments in the US and Japan, underline the healthy operational performance of our holdings and strengthen our conviction that the Fund is well placed to outperform.
