LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Computacenter revealed on Friday that chief executive Michael Norris had disposed of 100,000 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed computer services company.

Norris, Computacenter's CEO for more than 20 years, sold the shares on Thursday at an average price of 2,369.20p each, for a total value of £2.36m.

Earlier in the week, Computacenter predicted an annual adjusted pretax profit of at least £180m as it reported a 39.4% increase in first-half profit supported by booming business in the UK during the Covid-19 crisis.

Adjusted pretax profit for the six months to the end of June rose to £74.6m from £53.5m a year earlier as revenue increased 1.5% to £2.46bn. The FTSE 250 company increased its interim dividend by 21.8% to 12.3p a share.

As of 1625 BST, Computacenter shares were down 1.87% at 2,306.0p.
