MYI Overview

Murray International Trust PLC is a United Kingdom-based investment trust. The investment objective of the Company is to achieve an above average dividend yield, with long-term growth in dividends and capital ahead of inflation, by investing principally in global equities. The Company’s assets are invested in a diversified portfolio of international equities and fixed income securities spread across a range of industries and economies. It holds other securities including index linked securities, convertible securities, preference shares, unlisted securities, depositary receipts and other equity-related securities. It also invests in derivatives. The Company invests in various sectors, such as oil gas and coal, basic materials, industrials, consumer staples, healthcare, telecommunications, utilities, financials, real estate and technology.
