LONDON (ShareCast) - (ShareCast News) - NCC Group said its chief financial officer Atul Patel has resigned from the board with immediate effect and will leave the group in February next year, possibly before if his successor is appointed.
The company, which provides cyber security and risk management services, said the search for Patel's replacement has begun.

Chief executive Rob Cotton said: "On behalf of everyone at NCC Group, I would like to thank Atul for his valuable contribution to the business over the last five years.

"He played a key financial role as we have grown the business organically and by acquiring a range of small and more recently, large businesses around the world.

At 0907 BST, NCC shares were down 4.6% to 329.10p.
