LONDON (ShareCast) - (ShareCast News) - Four of the directors of Vipera, a specialist provider of mobile financial services, bought a total of 1.05m shares in the company at 3.25p each.
Chief executive officer Marco Casartelli, non-executive director Petter Neby and director Mauro Duca picked up 300,000 shares each while chief financial officer Martin Perrin nabbed 150,000 shares.

Elsewhere, Jarvis Securities said Sion Securities, a company in which director Andrew Grant has a controlling interest, acquired 18,500 shares in the stockbroker at 337p a share.

He now holds an interest of just under 5.9m shares or 53.1% of issued shares.
