LONDON (ShareCast) - Aukett Fitzroy Robin Group’s Finance Director Duncan Harper handed in his resignation on Friday, just three days after the company revealed the retirement of Managing Director (MD) John Vincent.

Harper is stepping down after six and a half years with the AIM-listed architecture and interior design group.

He will remain with the company during his notice period to ensure an orderly handover to his successor who will be appointed in “due course”.

“The board wishes to express its sincere thanks and appreciation to Duncan for his diligent service and wishes him well for the future,” the firm said in a statement.

Vincent, who became MD after the merger between Aukett and Fitzroy, will continue to complete his current project work for the group, after which he will leave.

Shares fell 1.72% to 7.12p at 14:25 on Friday.
