LONDON (ShareCast) - Bluefield Solar Income Fund has agreed to acquire a fourth UK large-scale solar plant, which will mean it is invested in solar plants with a capacity of 48 MegaWatt Peak.
The plant, which is in Oxfordshire, was acquired for £17m, taking the fund's total commitments to date to £55.3m.
The firm said it continued to be on track to deliver against its targeted dividend payment of 4p per share for the year ending June 30th 2014, its first financial year. It expects this to increase to 7p per share in its second financial year.
