(Sharecast News) - Camellia has agreed to the sale of its interest in ACS&T to HSH Coldstores, it announced on Monday, for £16.5m in cash payable at completion.

(Sharecast News) - Tea-focussed agriculture holding company Camellia said in an update on Wednesday that its expectations for underlying profit before tax were unchanged for 2022, with the exception of BF&M, which announced third quarter results "significantly below" what was anticipated on Tuesday.

(Sharecast News) - Tea-focussed agriculture company Camellia reported revenue of £277.2m in its final results for 2021 on Tuesday, down from £291.2m year-on-year, as its average tea selling price was higher, while avocado volumes and prices fell.
