LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Building materials group CRH has completed the divestment of its DIY business in the Netherlands and Belgium, together with certain related property assets, it announced on Wednesday.
The FTSE 100 company said the divestment was to Intergamma, the Dutch DIY franchise organisation, and a US real estate investor.
Total consideration on the deal was €510m.
