Globalworth signs 10-year lease deal

LONDON (ShareCast) - Real estate investment company Globalworth has signed a 10-year lease contract with Elster Rometrics, a Melrose Industries-owned firm, for a space covering around 7,000 square meters in a new light industrial/office facility.
The facility is expected to be delivered by the third quarter of 2015.

The agreement includes an option to lease up to a further 4,000 square metres.

The total investment for the space is estimated to be approximately €5m.
