LONDON (ShareCast) - Belvoir Lettings, the UK lettings specialist which listed on the AIM market in February last year, announced on Friday that its Executive Chairman and founder had sold a quarter of a million shares in the group in order to help satisfy ‘significant institutional demand’.

The news comes just a week after the firm’s full-year results which showed a 20.8% increase in revenue to £4.0m and an 12% rise in profit before tax and exceptionals.

Belvoir said that Mike Goddard had offloaded 250,000 ordinary shares at 136p a share, reducing his holding to 8,953,922 shares.

He has retained a 43.36% stake in Belvoir’s issued share capital.
