LONDON (ShareCast) - - Expects to deliver strong first-half results
- Particularly robust performance from its Textile Rental business
- Expects full-year results to be slightly ahead of expectations
Textile and dry cleaning services company Johnson Service said it expects to deliver a strong result for the first-half of the year, in particular its Textile Rental business, .
"We expect the full-year results for 2014 to be slightly ahead of expectations, delivering another year of good progress," the group said in its pre-close update ahead of its interim results due out in September 2014.
Earlier this year Johnson Service beefed up its Textile Rental business with its £22m acquisition of hotel linen provider Bourne Services.
Bourne is focused on the hotel linen rental market and currently supplies around 350 hotels servicing approximately 28,000 bedrooms.
