LONDON (ShareCast) - Bashar AL-Rehany, an Executive Director of Euromoney, the international publishing business, this week sold 22,485 shares, reducing his stake to 14,791.

The £252,500 disposal, which was made on behalf of his wife, saw the shares sold at 1,123p a piece.

The sale was made on Thursday, the same day the company posted a three per cent rise in full-year revenue, from £394.1m to £404.7m, with adjusted profit before tax of £11.65m, up 9% on the prior year.

The group also posted a £20.9m decline in net debt to £9.9m, and proposed a final dividend of 15.75p per share, up from 14.75p the previous year.
