EIX Overview

Edison International is a leading global electric power generator, distributor and provider of structured finance. It is the parent company of Southern California Edison, an electric utility, Edison Mission Energy, an independent power producer, and Edison Capital, a provider of financial services, with investments worldwide in energy and infrastructure projects. The group operates in nine countries and four regions of the United States and has combined assets of over $33bn.
