Altria, formerly known as Philip Morris, is the parent company of Kraft Foods, Philip Morris International and Philip Morris USA and owns a 36% stake in the world’s second-largest brewer, SABMiller. Its major brands include Marlboro, Kraft, Maxwell House, Nabisco, Jacobs, Philadelphia and Ritz.
