LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Online real estate group Rightmove said on Monday that group finance director Robyn Perriss would be retiring from the group at the end of June.
In order to fill the void in Rightmove's finance team left by Perriss' impending departure, head of finance Georgina Hudson will take over as the firm's interim group finance director from 1 July, but will not join the board.

Hudson joined Rightmove as head of finance in 2013, having previously worked in both audit and transaction services at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

The FTSE 100-listed firm said the recruitment process for a new group finance director was "ongoing".

Chief executive Peter Brooks-Johnson said: "I would like to again thank Robyn for the material contribution she has made to Rightmove over the last 12 years and I wish her all the best for the future.

"I am delighted that Georgina has agreed to step into the role of group finance director on an interim basis, and I look forward to continuing to work with her."

As of 0910 BST, Rightmove shares were up 0.97% at 511.53p.
