LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Just Group revealed on Thursday that chief executive David Richardson had disposed of 122,984 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed financial services group.
Richardson, who was appointed group CEO in September, sold the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 57.92p each, for a total value of £71,232.34.

Just Group's CEO had been awarded the shares following the exercise of an award granted under the company's long term incentive plan.

Last month, Just Group said its solvency ratio had dropped in April as a result of falling interest rates as governments grappled with the economic fallout of the coronavirus pandemic.

Just Group posted a three point drop in its Solvency II coverage ratio, which dictates the amount of capital an insurer must hold to reduce the risk of insolvency, to 138% as central banks across the globe cut interest rates to near-zero as part of an effort to stimulate their economies amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

As of 1630 BST, Just Group shares were down 2.41% at 56.75p.
