LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Enterprise software developer Cirata revealed on Monday that Marvell Semiconductor has renewed its existing contract for the company's GiT Multisite for Gerrit product for an additional 12 months.
Cirata, formerly known as Wandisco, said the total consideration for the term licence, which now expires in January 2026, and accompanying support services was $401,184.

Chief executive Stephen Kelly said: "The renewal with Marvell represents a positive move with another renewal and worthy of keeping investors appraised as we progress through Q4 FY24. The semiconductor market continues to provide a strong product market fit with Cirata's DevOps Multisite product for existing and potential new customers."

As of 1040 GMT, Cirata shares had slumped 15.30% to 31.15p.
