LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Saga said on Thursday that talks with Australia's Open Insurance over the potential sale of its underwriting business, Acromas, have ended without an agreement.
The company first announced the talks on 10 February.
Saga added that its full-year results, due on 4 April, are expected to be in line with the update provided on 24 January.
At 1005 GMT, the shares were down 3.7% at 168p.
