LONDON (ShareCast) - The Chief Executive (CEO) and Chief Financial Officer of plastics firm Carclo have purchased a combined 64,273 shares in the group following the publication of its results a week earlier.

CEO Christopher Malley has purchased 23,773 shares at 114.29p for a total cost of £27,170.

CFO Robert Brooksbank added 40,500 shares at 111,35p for a total of £45,096.75.

A week previously the group posted a 12.4% jump in annual revenue from £86,514 to £97,267, helping to push pre-tax profit from £3.22m to £4.77m.

The group said it was poised to further its growth in both its traditional areas and in new technology ventures.
