LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Tremor International has commenced an initial public offering on the Nasdaq Global Market, it announced on Tuesday, of 6,768,953 American depositary shares (ADS), representing 13,537,906 ordinary shares.
The AIM-traded firm said each ADS represented two ordinary shares of Tremor.

It said it had applied to list its ADSs on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol 'TRMR', as its ordinary shares would remain trading on AIM in London, also under the ticker symbol 'TRMR'.

"The offering will be made only by means of a prospectus," the Tremor board said in its statement.

"A registration statement on form F-1 relating to these securities has been filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, but has not yet become effective."

At 0906 BST, shares in Tremor International were up 0.92% at 789.21p.
