LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Tremor International announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,768,953 American depositary shares (ADS) on Friday, representing a total of 13,537,906 ordinary shares at a public offering price of $19.00 each.
The AIM-traded firm said it had raised total gross proceeds of $128.6m (£92.63m) before the deduction of underwriting discounts and commissions.

Each ADS would represent two ordinary shares of Tremor.

The ADSs were being offered in a registered public offering in the United States, with all ADSs to be sold in the offering being sold by Tremor.

"The underwriters of the offering will also have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,015,342 ADSs from Tremor at the initial public offering price," the board said in its statement.

"The ADSs are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market on 18 June under the ticker symbol 'TRMR'.

"The closing of the offering is expected to occur on 22 June, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions."

At 0840 BST, shares in Tremor International were down 1.63% at 767.28p.
