LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Watches of Switzerland fell on Wednesday after Apollo Global Management placed as many as 22.7 million shares in the company.
According to terms seen by Bloomberg, Jewel Holdco, a company owed by the private equity firm, is the selling shareholder.
Bloomberg said Barclays and HSBC are joint global coordinators.
At 0920 GMT, the shares were down 2.1% at 645p.
