The Company aims to provide a listed UK platform which offers access to a technology and cryptocurrency business in the Bitcoin mining sector. The Company’s strategy is to grow its existing Bitcoin mining operations through acquiring additional Bitcoin mining machines and/or investing in companies in the Bitcoin mining sector and/or entering into partnerships and/or joint ventures in the Bitcoin mining sector.
