SIG Overview

Sigma Pharmaceuticals was formed from the merger of Sigma Company and Arrow Pharmaceuticals in 2005. The company is engaged in the manufacture, marketing and wholesale distribution of pharmaceutical products. Sigma’s portfolio also includes the retail pharmacy brands, Amcal, Guardian, Arrow and Amcal Max.
