London close: Stocks end down amid tariff woes; UK jobs data digested

(Sharecast News) - London stocks ended down but off lows on Tuesday amid tariff worries, as Donald Trump ramped up his rhetoric on Greenland and as a selloff in Japanese bonds hit sentiment.
The FTSE 100 closed 0.7% lower at 10,126.78.
