Joules collapses into administration

(Sharecast News) - Beleaguered fashion and lifestyle retailer Joules collapsed into administration on Wednesday, putting more than 1,600 jobs at risk.
Will Wright, Ryan Grant and Chris Pole of Interpath Limited have been appointed as administrators to the company and Joules Limited, and Will Wright and Ryan Grant to The Garden Trading Company and Joules Developments.
Joules had already announced at the start of the week that it was planning to call in administrators after failing to raise new funding.
The shares were suspended from trading on AIM on 7 November.
Interpath said the business will continue to trade and shops will stay open while it assesses options, including exploring the possibility of a sale as a going concern.
