The Financial Services Authority (FSA), has finally made charges of insider dealing stick following the conviction of a lawyer and his father-in-law. The first insider dealing criminal prosecution brought by the City watchdog saw Southwark Crown Court find former general counsel of TTP Communications, Christopher McQuoid, and his father-in-law, James Melbourne, guilty as charged.
