1308: Ukraine Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin has told CNN there was "no way our forces could be engaged in any way" in the downing of the Malaysia Airlines plane. He said Ukraine did not have any military assets in the area that could have shot down the aircraft. Klimkin added there's "no way" that separatists took anti-aircraft equipment from Ukraine's military.
