FTSE 250 movers: Rotork, housebuilders gain

(Sharecast News) - London's FTSE 250 was down 0.3% at 22,624.47 in afternoon trade on Friday.
Rotork was boosted by an upgrade to 'overweight' from 'neutral' at JPMorgan Cazenove, which lifted its price target to 395p from 335p, as it took a look at the European capital goods sector.
Housebuilders Crest Nicholson and Bellway were also on the front foot.
CMC Markets analyst Michael Hewson said: "Housebuilders have been buoyed today by this morning's comments from Bank of England external MPC member Michael Saunders who appeared to soften his position on an interest rate increase later this month."
