Young's appoints Mark Loughborough as retail director

(Sharecast News) - Pub chain Young's said on Wednesday that it has appointed Mark Loughborough to the newly-created role of retail director with effect from 30 September.
Loughborough, who will report to Simon Dodd, spent 11 years with Young's in a number of senior roles, and is currently the company's senior director of operations. Prior to joining Young's, he held various operational roles within Pizza Express and Tragus Holdings.
Chief executive Patrick Dardis said: "I am delighted that we have continued to deliver on the development of our current workforce and this promotion underlines our commitment to our ongoing succession plan that looks to develop and promote from within.
"I am confident that the extensive experience, knowledge and relevant skills that Mark has built up over his career will make a significant and positive contribution to Young's future success."
