(Sharecast News) - Software-as-a-Service firm Eagle Eye Solutions said on Monday that it has struck a multi-year global OEM agreement with one of the world's largest enterprise software vendors.
Eagle Eye Solutions has inked a five-year global original equipment manufacturer agreement, which will see features of its AIR platform integrated with the unnamed client's new cloud-based loyalty solution, launching in 2025, with the first customers expected to be live in early 2026.
The AIM-listed group noted that this was the first OEM agreement it has secured and represents a "significant global expansion opportunity", providing entry into new sectors and geographies.
Eagle Eye added that once the product was live, the agreement provides the opportunity for "significant contribution" to annual recurring revenue over time, with a minimum three-year commitment commencing in the current year.
Chief executive Tim Mason said: "Being selected by one of the world's largest enterprise software vendors for this multi-year, global agreement underlines our leading position in enterprise-grade, personalised, real-time loyalty at scale. We are excited by the opportunity to support further major brands in their loyalty programmes, accelerating our entrance into new sectors and geographies."
As of 1030 GMT, Eagle Eye shares had sunk 23.35% to 361.0p.
