Michael Page trio pocket £7.7m

 

Three bosses at recruitment firm Michael Page have pocketed a total of £7.7m over the past week after selling 1.1m shares between them.

Chief executive Steve Ingham has offloaded 600,000 shares, netting him £2.9m, while finance director Stephen Puckett and Charles-Henri Dumon, head of Continental Europe and the Americas, have disposed of 500,000 shares each, handing them £2.36m.

Shares in Michael Page were up 2.8p at 477.9p.

There was also a major share sale at Hardy Oil & Gas. Co-founder and former chief executive Sastry Karra banked a whopping £4.5m from the sale of 2.5m shares in the oil and gas firm.

He sold them at a price of 180p each.

But the shares were trading up 15.75p yesterday at 203p. He still own 4.4m shares, representing a 6.4pc stake.
