Rubbermaker Yule Catto & Co is a world-leader in latex production and is a good prospect for growth at a decent prices, says Midas
Shares were trading at 224p before the company announced its 2010 figures on March 9. Comments with the results spooked some brokers on growth, but the firm has a long record of being able to pass on price rises to customers and the PolymerLatex deal should help it compensate for sluggish European growth by selling more in Asia. The shares are now 1983/4p and are likely to start climbing in the next few months. Buy.

Blackrock the world's biggest asset manager increased its investment in Smith & Nephew and that spells good news for the manufacturer, says Questor.
Blackrock how holds almost 45m shares and 5% of the firm and is looking for long-term gain not a quick profit.
Questor said: 'S&N is a company that is consistently at the centre of takeover speculation – and this once again reared its head earlier this year before it was denied. Investors should expect such talk to return. 'Since then, the shares have drifted lower, presenting a buying opportunity for new investors. '
The tipster highlights good 2010 results, with revenues up 4% to £4bn and vitally pre-tax profits up 34% to £895m. The final dividend was lifted 10% but this is not one for income investors, as the prospective yield is 1.6%, however, with good earnings coverage there is room for improvement Brokers are upbeat and Questor says last month Goldman Sachs said that the company was its top pick in global orthopaedics.
It said: 'Although the group operates in a competitive market, the long-term prospects for the business are very sound. The shares are a buy. '
