Director dealings: Eurocell chairman raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Eurocell revealed on Thursday that non-executive chairman Derek Mapp had acquired 21,325 ordinary shares in the London-listed building products manufacturer.
Mapp, who purchased the shares in two separate transactions, snapped up the stock at an average price of 121.50p each, for a total value of £25,966.29.

Following the transaction, Mapp holds a beneficial interest in 701,550 ordinary Eurocell shares, representing approximately 0.71% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1545 BST, Eurocell shares were down 0.81% at 122.50p.
