(Sharecast News) - Electrolysers manufacturer ITM Power said on Friday that Jürgen Nowicki has formally taken over as non‑executive chair, with effect from 15 January.
ITM Power said Nowicki will succeed Roger Bone, who stepped down after serving as chair since 2019 and as a non‑executive director since 2014.
