(Sharecast News) - Hims & Hers Health said on Thursday that it has agreed to buy Australian digital health firm Eucalyptus in a $1.15bn deal.
The US health and wellness platform said the deal accelerates its ability to bring access to high-quality, personalised care to more people across the world.
