ASML denies US allegations of EUV machine shipments to China

(Sharecast News) - Chip equipment giant ASML has denied allegations that it has shipped an extreme ultraviolet lithography (EUV) machine to China amid concerns in Washington that the Dutch firm violated US export restrictions.
According to Bloomberg News, US Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick expressed concerns about possible non-compliance with export controls.
