London close: FTSE falls as HSBC, Reckitt slump on results

(Sharecast News) - London stocks fell on Tuesday, with HSBC and Reckitt Benckiser pacing the decline after third-quarter results failed to impress.
The FTSE 100 closed down 0.8% at 10,686.54.
