(Sharecast News) - Videndum said on Wednesday that Martin Green is stepping down as group finance director and will cease to be a member of the board with immediate effect.
Green will stay on at the business to support chief executive Stephen Bird and the executive team on certain strategic projects before leaving to pursue other opportunities.
Andrea Rigamonti has been appointed to the board as group CFO with immediate effect. He re-joined Videndum from Senior in October 2021 as deputy group finance director.
Videndum said Rigamonti has in-depth knowledge of the company and its end markets, having previously worked there between 2004 and 2015 in the Head Office finance team, notably as the group financial controller between 2010 and 2015.
Prior to that, he was with Sony UK, and he trained as a financial analyst with Morgan Stanley.
CEO Stephen Bird said: "Andrea's deep knowledge and experience of the business means he is ideally suited to help me deliver the group's strategic ambition."
The company also announced the appointment of Anna Vikstrom Persson as an independent non-executive director with effect from 1 May 2023.
Videndum provides premium branded hardware products and software solutions to the growing content creation market.
