GPE buys two properties for £53m

(Sharecast News) - Great Portland Estates said it had bought two properties in London for a combined £53m.
The company on Thursday said it had purchased the freehold interest at 141 Wardour Street for £39m. The building is currently vacant, has been stripped out and benefits from planning consent for a comprehensive refurbishment.

It also bought Bramah House in south London for £14m.
