(Sharecast News) - Mind Gym announced the appointment of Adam Maude as chief commercial officer for its US operations on Monday.
The AIM-traded firm said Maude, who would join the executive team in a non-board role, would be responsible for leading the company's commercial strategy in the US market, with a focus on strengthening performance and driving sustainable growth through new go-to-market solutions.
It said Maude would bring extensive experience in leading high-performing B2B commercial teams within major sales and marketing organisations.
He was most recently senior vice-president of global sales at Challenger, and previously spent over a decade at Gartner, where he held senior roles including senior director with regional sales responsibilities across the US.
A UK national, Mind Gym said Maude also had significant experience in the EMEA markets.
The board said it saw the US as a key growth market, currently accounting for about 40% of the group's revenue.
It said it expected Maude's appointment to support its strategic ambitions and further expand its presence in the region.
"We are delighted to announce Adam's appointment at this transformational stage in Mind Gym's evolution, as we focus on the execution of our new strategy to make our solutions easier to buy, easier to sell and easier to renew," said chief executive officer Christoffer Ellehuus.
"The US is a key market for Mind Gym with significant growth potential despite the challenging market conditions.
"Adam brings a wealth of experience and expertise that will be instrumental in expanding customer engagement and optimising our US business performance, which will help to drive our overall strategy to make Mind Gym the behavioural change partner of choice for leading organisations."
