(Sharecast News) - Mass beauty brand Revolution Beauty said on Thursday that Lauren Brindley will stand down as chief executive officer on 31 May.
Brindley, who will leave Revolution to take up a role at US retailer Ulta Beauty, will be succeeded by non-executive director Colin Henry on an interim basis. Brindley will work with Henry to ensure "a seamless transition" prior to beginning her new role.
Revolution Beauty also noted that a process to find a permanent CEO had already commenced.
Chairman Alistair McGeorge said: "We now have a clear strategy, a stronger management team, more efficient operations, and a sustainable financial model. Lauren leaves the group well-placed for future success and we wish her all the best in her new role.
"Colin's time on the board, which played a key role in defining the group's new strategy, and his significant sector experience mean he is very well suited to take up the position of interim CEO."
As of 1200 BST, Revolution shares were down 0.20% at 9.88p.
