(Sharecast News) - Mindflair noted a new investment on Wednesday by the Sure Valley Ventures UK Software Technology Fund (SVV2), in which it is an investor, into Agent Runner AI, trading as Capably.
The AIM-traded firm said the $4m funding round was led by Boost Capital Partners and included participation from a number of European and US investors, including Concept Ventures, Araya Ventures, Haatch, Koro Ventures, Wayra, Ascension, and Sure Valley Ventures.
It described Capably as an intelligent automation platform that integrates agentic AI with traditional automation to enable scalable, autonomous execution of complex business tasks.
The company said it aimed to simplify the deployment of AI-powered workflows across organisations, reducing reliance on legacy systems and empowering staff by automating repetitive tasks.
Mindflair said the investment aligned with its strategy of backing next-generation AI technologies, and supported Capably's vision of making advanced automation more accessible across business functions.
"We are excited to see SVV invest in Capably, a company focused on solving a clear and growing challenge in today's workplaces-how to make AI delegation both reliable and accessible," said Mindflair director Nicholas Lee.
"Their platform represents a major step forward in automation, and we look forward to supporting their continued growth."
At 1431 BST, shares in Mindflair were up 5.54% at 0.95p.
