Blackbird inks partnership with Enterprise Nation

(Sharecast News) - Blackbird said Wednesday that its browser-based video editor 'elevate.io' has partnered with small business support network Enterprise Nation to help entrepreneurs create high-quality video content more easily.
The AIM-traded company said the collaboration would deliver a series of curated promotional events, competitions and community initiatives aimed at giving founders the tools to use video as a key driver of business growth.
"We are delighted to partner with Enterprise Nation, an organisation that has done so much to champion and support small businesses across the UK," said Ian McDonough, executive chair and chief executive of Blackbird.
"Video has become a vital tool for entrepreneurs to tell their stories and connect with audiences and customers.
"We look forward to providing founders with practical skills to create video faster and easily."
Blackbird said Enterprise Nation, which reaches more than one million small businesses annually, offers practical advice, digital events and e-learning to support entrepreneurs at all stages.
"Today building a compelling brand story that cuts through the digital noise has never been more important," commented Enterprise Nation chief executive Aaron Asadi.
"Using video in a smart way is now a vital part of the small business marketing playbook.

At 0944 BST, Blackbird shares were down 5.05% at 2.71p.
