Beeks secures more than $7m in Private Cloud contracts

(Sharecast News) - Beeks Financial Cloud said on Thursday that it has secured more than $7m in new Private Cloud contracts in August, adding to recent momentum in its cloud computing business for financial markets.

The AIM-traded firm said the agreements spanned multiple financial institutions across several geographies, with revenue recognition beginning in the current financial year.

It said the wins provided further support for its expectations for the 2026 financial year.

Beeks described Private Cloud as a secure, high-performance platform built for individual organisations, hosted either within a client's own data centre or a chosen third-party facility.

It said that unlike public cloud services, the offering provided dedicated infrastructure exclusively for a single customer.

"Demand for our offerings continues to build as financial institutions increasingly recognise the need for secure, high-performance infrastructure," said chief executive Gordon McArthur.

"These wins add meaningful contracted revenue for this year and reinforce our confidence in the company's ongoing growth prospects."

Beeks added that the contracts built on strong trading in June, when it reported a record month for its Proximity Cloud business, and demonstrated continued contract momentum.

At 1245 BST, shares in Beeks Financial Cloud Group were up 1.88% at 217p.
