Director dealings: Hammerson CEO sells shares

(Sharecast News) - Hammerson revealed on Monday that chief executive Rita-Rose Gagné had disposed of 150,000 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed property developer.
Gagné, who took over as CEO in 2020, sold 126,260 shares on 16 December at an average price of 309.32p, for a total value of £390,541.62, and then sold a further 23,740 shares on 17 December at an average price of 315.70p each, for a total of £74,948.13.
As of 1540 GMT, Hammerson shares were up 1.74% at 322.53p.
