Grainger announces that pursuant to the Company's Deferred Bonus Share Plan (DBSP), Enhanced Deferred Bonus Plan (EDBP) and the 2017 Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP)], Eliza Pattinson (PDMR) has completed the following exercises of nil-cost options and subsequent sale of 5p ordinary shares in the Company (including to meet income tax and national insurance liabilities arising from the exercises).
The sale of Shares took place on 22 December 2025 at an average price of £1.811.
